Why You Should Hate Southlake...

D Magazine has created quite a stir with its newest issue. It's funny... when I tell people that I grew up in Southlake, I get the immediate reaction that I'm a stuck up trust fund baby.

Truth be told (I only wish that I were a trust fund baby), I really like Southlake. If I could afford it, I would live there - read the D Magazine article. It really does accentuate some of the finer things that the city has to offer. But for now, Keller will do... for now.

Fun with cousins

Ainsley was so lucky to have her cousins come and visit from Michigan! We hope they move down here soon! Maddi and Ainsley became great friends and would call and talk on the phone! Ainsley hated it when it was time to hang up. Whitney was a big help! Brandon was so energetic, and Audrey was so sweet and loved playing as well. We had a blast being able to spend time with them! come again!

Water park

So I have realized how much we do not post on our blog! So I am going to try to do better! A couple of weeks ago my parents stake had rented a small water park. So we were able to take Ainsley! She loved the water, she didn't enjoy the splashing from all the other kids but she still enjoyed it! We just love taking her and doing fun activities.

Ainsley's bedroom

I finally finished Ainsley's bedroom! I am so proud of my self. I just wanted to show it off!! I love fairies can you tell?

Ainsley's new toy!

We finally got Ainsley her very own trampoline!! It is 6'6" around and it stands 14" off the ground! It is the perfect size for her and any preschooler! Plus it can be inside since it is so hot out side. So right now it is in our dining room until we decide when to put a dining set in there. But right now I like the trampoline in there so she can jump while I cook, laundry, dishes, or any other cleaning that needs to be done. When Jonathan was setting it up she was takeing a bath upstairs. Once she was done and dressed we let her walk down stairs. The was the best surprise ever! She squeleded with delight and said "boat, boat!" For some reason she calls the trampoline a boat dont ask me why cause I have no idea where she got it! She couldnt wait to get down the stairs fast enough, we thought she was going to fall cause she was trying to go too fast. it was awesome! we got such an enjoyment when she was so excited! I am also excited that we got it cause now she can get her wiggles out and not be bored playing with me. She can just keep on jumpin. She was one it all day today. When she woke up she couldnt wait to get on it!
