Thanksgiving week
I am so thankful that Jonathan was able to be home all last week! It was so much fun just to have him around and take a load off of me for a week. Ainsley really enjoyed having her daddy around all day to play with. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving! My sister Jen has moved down here. Yep you got that right! They should their house in Michigan and and are going to live in Murphy TX. So a lot closer than MI. Last week Jen, her hubby Kevin and 4 kiddos were staying at my parents till they could get into their house till this Monday. So we went to parents house for Thanksgiving and had a blast with family! Maddison just loves Ainsley and just wants to play with Ainsley the whole time. Which was so nice that she kept Ainsley busy and less work fo me, and more chatting with my sis. Then Friday we went on a double date with Jen and Kevin. Which was so fun! Cant wait to do it again!! Saturday was the BYU football game so we watched the game as we grilled up some good ol' ballpark hotdogs! YUM! BYU won which was a great game!! This week has been fun filled with family and friends! My friend Sharee had her beautiful baby girl right before thanksgiving and the baby is so sweet and beautiful! What an Angel!! I am so glad we were able to come and visit her in the hospital! I hope all is well and recovery is going smoothly.
Friends!
Sunday evening we had Alyssa, Ted, and Jesse over for dinner and some good Wii playing time. We enjoyed having them over! We can't wait till we can get together again once we get Guitar Hero 3! Then ya'll are on! Well maybe after I practice a little bit. Then a group of girlfriends (Sharee, Alyssa, Michelle, and Sarah (until she moves:( and I) Go walking at a few times a week for about an hour give or take. It is so much fun to walk and chat! I feel like I have really gotten to know these wonderful, beautiful women. Who each bring something amazing to our friendships! Thank you girls for the walking group, I really need it and enjoy it so much!! On Monday we had Will and Jamie over for dinner. Which has turned into a weekly hang out. We absolutely love every minute of it!! We enjoyed a great dinner and then the boys played Halo 3 and Jamie and I watched "The Hills". you might ask where Ainsley was during all this, we ate dinner pretty late so after the boys started Halo I took a picture of the boys with Ainsley trying to get on the action then it was bedtime. So once she is down it is all about the grown up time! While the boys played an after "The Hills" (and of course talking about it afterwards), Jamie and I played a mean game of Phase 10, Spit, Speed! We have really enjoyed our time with them and hope to have many more nights!

Take your seats please
Today I invited Alyssa and Jesse to go to an interactive childrens play. Ainsley and I had so much fun with them! Alyssa is so sweet and I have really enjoyed getting to know her, and her daughter Jesse is so cute! I thought I brought my camera to take pictures but dumb me forgot it on the chair at home. So sorry no pictures from today! I cant wait till we can see each other and again! Ainsley really enjoys her new friend Jesse so we need more play dates. Alyssa I hope we become great friends cause you are so amazing and beautiful person! Thank you for coming today!
Also my friend connie is coming into town for a visit from GA! YEAH!! I cant wait to spend time with her! I havent seen her in 2 years and it has been way too long! Have a safe trip here!
Let's Go Racin' Boys!
This last weekend we had the opportunity to do something that I have been wanting to do for almost three years now - go to a NASCAR race. For those who don't know, I have been watching NASCAR for a little over three years (yes, I watch every race; no, I don't think it's boring). Of all the ways to break the Sabbath, this ranks up there with the best of them, for sure.
We were given tickets by one of Jayne's close friends, Angie. We had seats on the 4th row from the track - we had a perfect view of the cars through turns 3 and 4. Not the greatest seats to watch the race (seats higher up would have given a better view of the entire track), but AWESOME seats to feel it. You have no concept of the intensity of the races until you have feel the wake of wind and rubber and debris hitting you in the face with full force! AWESOME.
I don't have pictures of the raceday food: I had a polish sausage for lunch, and then a Hot Rod Hot Dog for dinner: an all-beef hotdog topped with chooped beef brisket and jalepenos. I wish every night was race-food night...
Right now Blogger is having some issues FTPing my blog posts, so look for more pictures from the race in the next couple of days.

Yes, I am a Gordon fan. Don't ask why; I was born that way, I guess.

This is the crew sitting in our seats. (Looking back at these, I can't believe there aren't more beers in the picture.)

Karen, this Bud's for you. Go number 8! (Soon to be 88).
Girls just want to have fun!
A group of my girlfriends decided to have a Pajama Party! Due to three of us all having birthday with in a couple of weeks of each other! Birthday girls are in order Jayne, Jewel, and Kaci. So Jewel had this idea for a girls night in party just to have fun and let loose for a while. It was great! Better than GREAT, so amazing that words can not express it, just what the doctor ordered!! We let loose and had a blast! We ate some great food (calories don't count at Girls night in), and the drink queen Kristie made some amazing smoothies, played some Twister, and Some Dance Dance Revaluation (DDR)! Candy was the DDR queen! She even did it when no one else wanted to go up against her! The amazing thing was this was her first time doing DDR and the she even beat out the owner of the game! it was so funny! In Twister Kristie did a booty bump and knocked down 3 other players so she won one round, and I won one round don' t know how. We also played a question game, everyone puts a question in a bowl and it can be what ever question you want and if you pick it you have to answer it (kinda like truth and dare but no dare), a couple of rounds we decided the question were so good that we had to go around and get the answer from every one cause we just really wanted to know! It was juicy and we loved it! We laughed so much that night it was so great! I told Jewel before the party she better chug some moutain dew so she will be hyper at the party, and she did! Then thanks to Becca and Emily they picked up some more liters for her and of course other as well! We wanted a off a wall party and hold nothing back! And we achieved it! I was so thankful that Christina (tina-bell) was able to drive up from Kyle, TX ( which is between Austin and San Antino)! I was so greatful that she came and was able to catch up on old times! Next time Jewel and I are taking a road trip down there to visit! As a group we have decided that this was so much fun that we will have to do it more often like every couple of months! We have to let the husband be aware of the craziness ahead of time of course! I was also so excited that Jamie and Sharee were able to come with me! (they are in my keller 2nd ward)! Every one loved them and they can't wait to play basketball with Sharee once she has the baby! They want some more competition! And Jamie they thought was a little fire ball squeak squeak squeakers!!They thought they were both so cute and fun! On Monday when I went up to Sanger (my hometown) to see tina-bell one last time before she went home, the girls were asking if Sharee and Jamie had fun and if they thought we were out of control or maybe just a little to crazy for them! I am so blessed to have such great wonderful friends that love to hang out and have some good ol' girls nights! The girls were hilarious and the converstation couldn't get any better! I just feel so close to them now! IT WAS AWESOME! I know we will be talking about this forever, well until the next one anyways! I am the luckiest girl to have such fun, awesome, crazy, caring friends! To see some picture copy and paste the link below! http://picasaweb.google.com/klinglj/JayneSPJParty?authkey=wOuTS_LiFIM

Happy Halloween!
Ainsley was a Unicorn and on Halloween night we went around the neighborhood to go trick or treating. Unlike the trunk or treat this was great! She got the idea and I didn't have to pull her around! She walked house to house and helped knock and lifted up her bag for candy! She did try to go inside the first house until she realized what we were doing! She did great! I am so glad I took her around the neighborhood! We had a blast! But now she is addicted to candy so we are hiding the candy, and Jonathan and I are eating most of it. Plus we are brushing a lot more. Even before nap if she had a sucker at all! Suckers are her favorite right now. We had a great Halloween! I love Halloween! I get so excited to go out and pass out candy! I get so excited that sometimes when I open the door I forget to let the kids say trick or treat cause I say it. I love Halloween, I love the decorations, the scary stuff, and all!

Let me pick!
Ainsley is truly a little girl!! She loves dresses and purses! Lately she has been wanting to wear a dress everyday! She will go get a dress if she can find on or and bring it to me, or just try to put it on her self. If she cant find a dress she will sign the word dress to me over and over. So the other day I was trying to get her dressed and ready to go to story time and she would not put on what I had chosen! I mean full out tram-trum to put on what she wanted to wear! She actually didn't do to bad. Below is what she picked out! The top is suppose to go with a cute short so it looks kinda like a dress but matching fabric puffy shorts. She like to watch it twirl! And I actually tried to put a different pair of pants on earlier before the fit and she didn't want those she wanted these jeans! So this whole outfit she picked out! Not to bad uh!
