Dr's and needles
A little update. This past Monday I had a Dr appt. and well my bp was high so they had me lay on my left side in the dark for a little bit. When they took it again and it was a bit higher. (Of course your making me have anxiety people) So they sent me to the hospital to Labor and Delivery (L&D). Luckily my blood work came back okay so they let me leave after a few hours of observation and lots of poking of the needles. I swear my veins are going to be shot by the time I have this little boy. So I got to go back to the Dr Thursday (today) and everything was okay but guess what they wanted more blood. It is pretty sad when the lab lady (Kitty) know you by name, yeah we are on first name bases now. Yep my veins haven't even healed from the last pokes. I thinking maybe I should get paid for my blood I mean I think they just want it because I'm an universal donor(jk). Well I go back to the Dr again on Friday for another sono, YEA! I love getting new pictures of my little man. Then I go back every Monday and Thursdays except for Thanksgiving they are not sure what they want to do yet. Next week I will also get my Rh-gam shot since I am a negative blood type.
So far everything is looking good. I am just chug gin along and everything is going good. I think everything will turn out great and the way it should be even if I have him early I have gotten 3 steroid shots 2 more than what I got with Ainsley. So this little guy is going to be a champ I just know it and so does the DR. I am not worried at all. Plus everything looks good, they just want to make sure it stays that way so the Dr is being very alert with me. Better safe than sorry, RIGHT!

Update from Jonathan
Jayne mentioned that we had our theater grand opening... Here are the tickets we printed for the grand opening of Shelly Ray Cinema:
Jayne also surprised me by flying my brother down from Portland. The first pic is my brain processing the fact that my brother from Oregon is standing in the entryway to my parents home...
My reaction after the brain was done processing (fist pump is out of frame)...
Before the TCU game: notice the score and the smiles. Both changed in the next 3 hours.
Although the game was a bust, we spent the next few days living in the theater room playing video games and watching movies. It was great to have my bro in town - thanks Jayne, you're the best... around... nothing's ever gonna keep you down.

27 weeks
Well Friday I was at the Dr's all day!! No kidding. I had my 3 hour Glucose test so i had to be there by 7:30 am. But I already had an appointment set for a sono and Dr visit for 2 pm. I asked since I am for 3 hours in the morning could they squeeze me in earlier and they said no cause they were booked. So my 3 hour test ended at like 11:30 I went to go get lunch hung out on my mother in laws couch because she lives closer to the Dr then I do then went back up there since I was having a sono they want you there 30 min early so I got there at 1:30 pm. Of course they were running late. I didn't get home till 4:30 pm from the Dr's. But everything looked good this week. BP was still up but that is okay. My little boy weighs 2 pounds now. I am so blessed to have a great family members, church members, and friends who take such good care of me. I hope no one is getting tired of it yet.

Happy Halloween!
Friday afternoon Ainsley came home from spending time with grandma to a surprise visitor! Princess Fiona came to visit her (AKA Aunt Susie). Ainsley was so excited! She love the movie Shrek. She was just amazed that she was there. She make the connection that it was Aunt Susie and she has talked about it all weekend. Aunt Susie came over again on Sunday (the family brought dinner for me) and Ainsley was so excited and was talking to Susie about her being Princess Fiona! It was a real treat!! Later Jonathan took her trick or treating around the neighborhood as Cinderella! She loved all the loot she got! Now I just have to hide so she doesn't just eat candy all day! Ainsley really got in the spirit of Halloween and loved saying trick or treat at all the houses. Then once she was done she helped pass out candy until bed time. It was so cute to see her so happy about Halloween!
