The Most Wonderful Time of the Year

Merry Christmas! I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas! Jonathan took off all week but poor guy had to deal with Ainsley and I both being sick with the 24 hour bug. Mine lasted a little longer so Jonathan was a trooper. Christmas morning we got up and opened presents and we were going to go to Jonathan's parents but then he got the bug. So we stayed home and he just slept all day and luckily it went away the quickest from all of us. Despite the sickness we had a great holiday. Plus on the positive note our dear friends Will and Jamie Anderson are in town for 2 weeks! YEAH!! We get to hang out with them and play games and just enjoy each others company! Plus there little girl Ellie is so darn cute! I can't remember it all but we did pretty good this year. Ainsley's favorite gift by far is the castle, Jonathan did pretty well picking out her gifts this year. I am sure proud of him!

Amnio Date Set

Well it look like I will have my amnio on January 8Th and by the time they get the results back he will most likely be born on January 9Th. I hope his lungs are developed because I don't want to get another amnio it looks painful. If you have had one please let me know your experience. I am so excited!! I can't wait to meet him!!

I can't believe it!

I can't believe I have made it 32 weeks! I have surprised my doctors by going this far! I knew I would. Especially with all the help and prayers I received! I have been so excited to make it to my 3rd trimester what an exciting thing to go through. I have enjoyed every movement, ache I have gotten. I can't believe that soon I will have my bundle of joy that will be huge compared to Ainsley I won't know what to do with such a big guy. He is going to out grow the clothes so much faster than Ainsley did and might actually be on the charts. WOW! What a concept for me. I am so excited! Only 3 more weeks till my amnio. I hope it comes back that his lungs are developed! What a joy!

Cute profile sono pic

Can you see his nose and open mouth in the pic?
I am lucky enough to get lots of pics of this little guy. We don't have a name for him yet. I know we should be Jonathan just doesn't like any, so we will see what we name when he is born. We don't even have any to narrow down too. I think that Jonathan thinks if we don't name him yet he won't come out yet. I don't know but for now he is just baby boy Klingler. I am 30 weeks I am so excited. They will do an amnio between January 5-10Th to see if his lungs are good and if so they will deliver him then. So I just hope I can make it till then, which I think I can. The last couple of times I have been to the DR my blood pressure hasn't been too high to send me to the hospital!! YEA!!! So I have been hospital free for almost 2 weeks now. I only had to go 4 times and stay the night once so far, so I think I am doing pretty darn good. Well there is an update everything good here and hang in in!

Real Estate

Someone asked me why I was looking up Southlake real estate and blogging about it. For one, my parents' home in Southlake is currently on the market. Being the home that I grew up in, naturally I would love to buy it from them, but that doesn't jive well with the wifey. It is an older home, but nearly 3500 sq. feet and on a sweet 1-acre lot that sits on a pond. It has been on the market for quite some time, and it frustrates me to see a well priced home go unsold compared to homes that cost $000s more.

It is hard to believe the asking prices of some of the homes there... as I pointed out, one must be prepared to pony up to have a Dragon mailing address. I was naive myself when moving down from Utah to think that we might be able to find something there. Oh well... live and learn.

If anyone is interested, I know of a bargain of a house there...

Lizard

Found this lizard while mowing the lawn - very cool little guy. Ainsley absolutely loved it - at one point she brought her hand up to her face and gave the lizard a kiss. Ainsley is very curious about practically anything living - one night she stared at a moth on the wall for 10 minutes (the moth didn't even move in that time span).

Baby Shower

I had a wonderful Baby Shower! I am so glad that I had so many friends that came to supported me! It was so wonderful to see everyone as well because I haven't seen anyone since I have been put on bed rest. I miss going to church, book club, etc. It was so nice to have so many different conversations with everyone. Thank you for coming! This little guy got so many great things which I was so excited to open!

I want to thank all my friends and family who have helped me and my family! With meals, babysitting, visiting, prayers, and just being their for me! I am so blessed to have a wonderful ward (church group) who care so much about me and my family! They have really taken care of us! We are so appreciative to everyone! I couldn't have made it this far 30 weeks with out the help.

TWO

That’s the number of homes for sale in Southlake that are:

1.  3,000 sq. ft. or larger;

2.  Built in the last 10 years;

3.  Cost less than $500,000 (these two come in at 475 and 479)

Good luck.  We’ll stay put for now.
