Baby Boy

I am so blessed to have another baby and to get a boy! We are so excited! Today I went in for my check up and my blood pressure (BP) was good! But they did find a small trace of Protein in my urine which doesn't mean anything yet, since it is completely normal for any pregnant woman in pregnancy. My Dr does want me to go ahead and start coming in every 2 weeks now just for a BP test and protein test. I can see the nurse for that. I started having high protein with Ainsley at 26 weeks but my BP was great. So they are just going to watch me. I know that whatever happens there will be a reason for it. I am okay with a preemie, I know preemie, I've done preemie. I am healthy, I take care of myself, I do not smoke or drink or use anything harmful. I stick to the book on caring for myself so I know this baby will be healthy no matter when he comes. Just like Ainsley! She was a perfect preemie by the NICU Dr's no set backs, just marching forward in growing and coming home 5 weeks before her due date. So I know this one will be the same. The technology is amazing now and the steroid shots they give is amazing for the babies. I am not worried in one bit! I am not looking for any sympathy just wanting to update family and friends. Plus we have no clue what will happen with this pregnancy it could be perfectly fine!! If so I will have a Amino done at 35 weeks if that comes back good saying his lungs have matured they will deliver me if not they will try to get another week out of me before my body wants to go into labor. Since I can not go into labor. I am pretty freaked out about the amino it sounds so scary and sounds like it hurts, putting a big needle through your stomach, OUCH! Has any one gotten one, and did it hurt? I want details if you have! I gained another 2 pounds, but lets be honest I wasn't a super model when I started. So all is good! I know I will pack it on next month like with Ainsley I love sweets too much.
On a positive note! When the Dr was getting the heart beat he kept kicking at it. He is a mover. At the sonogram we had he was playing with his feet and he waved. It was so cute and so darling! I also got to see his face, and eyes move around which was really cool that they can look around in there. This little boy is such a blessing!
